Catering

In our kitchen in Dresden, all okluge employees are offered a first-class, warm three-course meal made from seasonal and regional produce every lunchtime. There is always a vegetarian alternative.
 
Dishes from international cuisine alternate with Saxon dishes. Our chef likes to try out new things and surprise us with delicacies. There is no room for ready-made products in our kitchen, instead there is plenty of creativity and variety so that there is something for everyone. Coffee, tea and fruit are offered free of charge.
 
The okluge cafeterias in Dresden and Radeberg invite you to linger and chat with colleagues with a selection of Nespresso coffee. Small snacks such as fruit and baked goods are available for breakfast or in between meals.

Working time models

okluge bietet seinen festangestellten Mitarbeitenden und Werkstudenten die Möglichkeit, mobil zu arbeiten, sofern es die Tätigkeit und das Einsatzgebiet zulassen. Bis zu zwei Tage mobiles Arbeiten pro Woche sind in Absprache mit der Führungskraft möglich, zusätzlich kann gelegentlich oder an festgelegten Wochentagen tage- oder stundenweise mobil gearbeitet werden.
 
Mit der lebensphasenorientierten Arbeitszeitgestaltung können Mitarbeitende ihre Arbeitszeit an unterschiedliche familiäre und individuelle Bedürfnisse anpassen, wobei die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit auf bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche reduziert werden kann.
 
okluge ermöglicht zudem eine freiwillige, persönliche Auszeit („Sabbatical“), bei der Mitarbeitende für einen definierten Zeitraum zwischen zwei und zwölf Monaten freigestellt werden und danach an ihren Arbeitsplatz zurückkehren.

Mobility

okluge employees receive a discounted company subscription to the Deutschlandticket for EUR 24.50 per month. We offer a subsidy of 45% for the regional VVO/DVB job ticket. Employees can choose the bike of their choice at attractive conditions from defined specialist bike shops or online retailers. At both locations, we offer secure bike parking spaces and bike showers for refreshment after the journey to work. okluge employees have free charging points at both locations where they can charge both private and company vehicles.

Family service

In the family service, we support okluge employees in finding, advising and arranging childcare options or in situations with relatives in need of care. We are a member of the Erfolgsfaktor Familie corporate network and create family-friendly programmes for employees. The compatibility of family and career is important to us, both in terms of childcare and caring for family members.
 
Everyone has their own individual challenges to overcome in everyday life. We support our employees by subsidising crèche and kindergarten fees, among other things.

Health promotion

okluge's occupational health management programme continuously and sustainably promotes the health of employees through workshops and seminars on topics such as stress counselling and back health. Every year, a focus is set and a wide range of impulses and seminars are offered. We also pay close attention to ergonomics in the workplace by regularly checking all workstations for ergonomics, safety and well-being. okluge also offers personal, confidential and professional social counselling for all employees.
