How can I pay for my purchases?

We provide you with all kinds of payment methods, including ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, Instant bank transfer and credit card. For Amazon, we also offer AmazonPay.

How long do I have to cancel a purchase and return an item?

You have 30 days to cancel your purchase and return the item. Please return each item as you received it, including accessories, etc. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, as well as audio and video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, cannot be returned if the seal has been removed after delivery.consumables, such as toner cartridges, printer paper, etc., if these have been opened after delivery, are also excluded from cancellation.

If you wish to return a data carrier (e.g. hard drives), please back up and delete the personal data contained on the data carrier yourself (e.g. images, text messages, documents, scans, passwords, login data).

Is international shipping possible?

We ship to Germany and Austria as standard. We also guarantee shipping to almost all European countries via Amazon. We are already working on making international shipping available for our shops.

Which delivery service will bring my parcels?

The shipping service provider DHL guarantees fast and flawless delivery for our parcels. In the event of extreme weather conditions or special circumstances, we may commission alternative delivery services.

We do not currently offer a collection option. We specialise in mail order, which is why we do not have a shop available for self-collection.
