How do I apply?

Please apply exclusively via our online application form in the okluge job portal. You will find the corresponding link directly in the published job advertisements. Please complete the form in full, add your motivation in a personal cover letter, and upload your complete application documents. These include, for example, existing employment references and, for career starters, the most recent school report. If several positions are suitable for you, you are welcome to mention this in your cover letter and clearly state your preferences.

Is it possible to work remotely?

This depends on the specific role and area of work. Permanent employees and working students generally have the option to work remotely, provided the role allows it. In coordination with the line manager, up to two days of remote work per week are possible.

How will the interview proceed?

Interviews usually take place on site at one of our locations in Dresden or Radeberg. In some cases, we also conduct telephone or video interviews. In all cases, you will receive an invitation from us in advance with all relevant information.

What clothes should I wear to the interview?

The dress code at okluge is casual. Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. There is no need to dress up – we also conduct interviews in our everyday clothing.

How long does the application process take?

As your application documents are reviewed by several departments within the company, the duration of the application process may vary. You will receive a confirmation of receipt after submitting your application. If applicable, we will keep you informed about the current status through interim updates during the process.
