How do I apply?

Please apply via our online application form or by email to bewerbung@okluge.de. You will find the link to the online application in the advertised vacancies. Please complete our online application form, add your motivation in your personal cover letter and attach your complete application documents at the end. This includes, for example, any existing references and, for young professionals, your most recent school report. If you would like to apply for several positions at the same time, you are welcome to submit several applications at the same time. Tip: Feel free to note areas or other vacancies that are of interest to you in your personal cover letter.

What tips can I follow when preparing my application documents?

Take enough time to prepare your application documents and make sure they are complete. Be creative and take an unconventional approach. We believe that everyone has their strengths. Show us which professional specialisms you are passionate about, where your passion lies. Is it possible to work remotely?

This depends on the area of work and the activity. We offer our permanent employees and working students the opportunity to work remotely, provided the job allows it. In principle, up to two days of mobile working per week are possible in consultation with the manager.

How will the interview proceed?

The interview usually takes place on site in Dresden or Radeberg. Sometimes we also conduct telephone or video interviews, in which case you will also receive an invitation from us.

What clothes should I wear to the interview?

The dress code is casual. Wear what you feel comfortable in. You don't have to dress up with us.  We also take part in our everyday clothes.

How long does the application process take?

As your application documents will be reviewed for several positions in our company, it is difficult to make a general statement. However, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your application. If necessary, you will receive further information about the current status of your application in interim notifications.
