We train logistics clerks and warehouse logistics specialists at our location in Radeberg. The vocational school is located in Dresden. Commercial apprenticeship programs are provided at our location in Dresden; the vocational school is also located in Dresden. The dual study program takes place at our premises in Dresden as well as at the Vocational Academy in Riesa.
The aim of the training programs is to offer all trainees and students a permanent position after completion, provided there are no personal or conduct-related reasons preventing this.
Placement in a department is decided on an individual basis, depending on the apprenticeship profession or study program as well as the company’s current needs.
Applications for apprenticeship or study positions can be submitted at any time, provided the respective programs are advertised. We recommend applying early, as places are limited.
Our goal is to provide feedback as quickly as possible. Please understand that this may take some time due to the high number of applications.
Please include a cover letter, a complete CV, and your most recent school report or your last two school reports. You may also submit additional documents such as certificates or proof of participation.
Please submit your documents in PDF format. You may upload them either individually or as a single combined file. Make sure that the total file size does not exceed 10 MB.
No, a separate motivation letter is not required. You can explain your motivation in the cover letter. However, if you would like to tell us more about yourself, you may optionally include an additional motivation letter.

Interviews usually take place on site at one of our locations in Dresden or Radeberg. In some cases, we also conduct telephone or video interviews. In all cases, you will receive an invitation from us in advance. The main focus of the interview is to get to know you and to discuss your key skills in relation to the respective apprenticeship or study program.
We have a relaxed dress code. Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You do not need to dress up – we also conduct interviews in our everyday clothing.
Yes, okluge offers a wide range of opportunities for working student positions. As a working student, you can gain practical experience during the semester and receive valuable on-the-job training. There are opportunities in almost all areas of the company. Working hours are agreed individually and usually range between 10 and 20 hours per week, allowing you to combine your studies and practical experience effectively.
Yes, provided they are not mandatory school internships at a secondary school or grammar school. Voluntary internships for school students are paid.
For students, we differentiate between mandatory internships as part of a degree program (exempt from social security contributions) and voluntary internships (subject to social security contributions). After deduction of the respective contributions, the net compensation amounts are approximately comparable.
The compensation is the same for bachelor’s and master’s students. Further information on internships, working student positions, and final theses can be found on our careers page.
In general, we select our apprentices and dual students about one year in advance. We require copies of your most recent school reports as well as any school-leaving certificates you have already obtained.
To ensure that all applicants are assessed under comparable conditions, please submit certificates showing grades using the traditional grading system. After receiving your application, you will receive a written confirmation of receipt. Following a thorough review, suitable applicants will be invited to an interview.

No, it is not possible to submit multiple applications simultaneously. However, within one application you may indicate related apprenticeship professions or study programs you are also interested in. Your main preference should be clearly identifiable.
