We train warehouse specialists and warehouse logistics specialists at our Radeberg site. The school is located in Dresden. The commercial professions are trained at the Dresden site, the school is also located in Dresden, and the dual study programme takes place on site in Dresden and at the academy in Riesa.
The aim of the training is to take on all trainees and students for an indefinite period, provided there are no personal or behavioural reasons to the contrary.
Transfer to the department is decided on an individual basis depending on requirements and the training occupation or degree programme.
Applications for training and study places from September 2025 start on July 1, 2024. You can apply until September 2025.
Our aim is to provide applicants with feedback as quickly as possible. However, due to the large number of applications, this may take some time.

No, a letter of motivation is not a must. You can express your motivation in your cover letter. If you would like to tell us more about yourself, it is possible to include an additional letter of motivation.

The interview usually takes place on site in Dresden or Radeberg. Sometimes we also conduct telephone or video interviews, in which case you will also receive an invitation from us. You will be asked about the necessary core competences with regard to the subjects relevant to the training/study programme in the form of an interview.
The dress code is casual. Wear what you feel comfortable in. You don't have to dress up with us. We also take part in our everyday clothes.
Yes, as a working student at okluge you can complete practical training during the semester. You can work in almost all areas of the company. Your working hours will be set individually between 10 and 20 hours per week. So that you can continue to gain theoretical knowledge for your practical work.
Yes, if it is not a compulsory internship at a grammar school or secondary school. Voluntary internships for pupils are paid. For all other internships, a distinction is made between a compulsory internship as part of a degree programme (exempt from social security contributions) and a voluntary internship (subject to social security contributions). After deduction of taxes, the net amounts of the remuneration are approximately the same. The remuneration is the same for Bachelor's and Master's students. We generally select our trainees and dual students one year in advance. We require copies of your most recent school reports and all existing certificates. As part of our selection process, we want to consider each applicant (m/f/d) from a comparable point of view. Therefore, please submit certificates with grades in the conventional system. Once we have received your application, we will send you a written confirmation of receipt. After reviewing the application documents received, we will invite applicants of interest to an interview. No, it is not possible to submit multiple applications. However, you can indicate related training occupations or degree programmes that you are also interested in in your application. However, the preference should be clearly recognisable.
